TERMS & CONDITIONS
Prices and time frames are based on receipt of all necessary information in a timely
manner.
Development of a site will begin immediately after you have selected your color
scheme, logo, general layout of the home page, and a projected flow chart (which
we help you with).
All photographs, text, and logos to be incorporated into your site should be supplied
either on a CD or DVD (preferred) or emailed to us. You are responsible for
the authorization for use of any and all such photography, text, and logos.
You are responsible for securing the domain name and hosting service. We highly
recommend www.godaddy.com
for price, ease in obtaining the domain name(s), hosting arrangements,
reliability, and uploading/updating your site. If you need help purchasing
the domain name(s) or hosting, please let us know.
A 'tentative' home page will be developed, discussed and/or edited to meet with
your specifications and satisfaction. We must have your approval before any
additional pages can be initiated. Fifty percent of total cost is due and
payable upon completion and approval of the home page, with the balance due upon
completion of the site.
Once we have developed your site and received payment, you become the exclusive
owner of the site and all content. We do not claim rights to any part of your
site, name, design, logo, etc.
Your site can be managed and updated by our company - or anyone you choose.
